Cooking up Trof’s Supper Club creative

Trof’s first SupperClub was a collaboration between Trof and guest chef Food and Tunes (Theo Schnuk). A night of great tunes and great food. To celebrate this collaboration we combined the Trof Pig logo and Food and Tunes Record to make a pink piggy bottom!

After scouring charity shop for an old vinyl (which happened to be the best country and western hits!) we set to work on making the record ready to letterpress print. This involved mounting the record to the same printable height as movable type 0.918 inch. The piggy tail was created in Adobe illustrator and made into Photopolymer plates which was mounted onto a block at type high ready to print. We printed the record first and then overprinted the tail in the same colour with the Settle in logo.
